A formulary management product enables healthcare organizations to create, edit, and deploy formulary information throughout a facility. This includes the ability to assign products to a formulary from a drug list, attach special prescribing notes, highlight drug alerts, and communicate organizational guidelines.

The Internet-based version of FormChecker requires only a web browser and Internet connection. For customers that prefer to manage such applications internally, we provide an intranet version that runs on Windows NT, Linux and Unix. Handheld versions of FormChecker are available for Palm and Pocket PC handheld devices.

Simply provide us a copy of your drug list, and our pharmacists will enter and review your formulary. The preferred method is that you provide us with an electronic drug list with NDC numbers. However, we know that this is not always accessible, and when necessary, we’ll manually enter your formulary from a printed copy for a small fee. Your online formulary is set up within 2 weeks of receipt for electronic data, and within 4 weeks for print data.
